Frac Daddy breezes four furlongs

Frac Daddy, who finished sixth in last month's Holy Bull Stakes (gr. III) after injuring his hoof early in the race, returned to the work tab on the morning of February 9th at Gulfstream Park.

The son of Scat Daddy was timed breezing a half-mile in :49.28 seconds, the twenty-third fastest of thirty-four works at that distance. Trained by Kenny McPeek, Frac Daddy's next race has yet to be determined, but the $400,000 Risen Star Stakes (gr. III) on February 23rd at Fair Grounds is probably not out of the question.
