BREEDERS' CUP UPDATE 6

4:45;

Dubai Majesty proved how much she loved Churchill Downs by winning the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Sprint by two lengths. Switch ran second, which bodes well for Zenyatta's chances in the Classic tomorrow.

The Juvenile Fillies is up next, and Theysken's Theory has opened as the surprising favorite at 3-1. Awesome Feather is the second choice at 4-1, with A Z Warrior and Tell a Kelly both 5-1.

There is one scratch, Indian Gracey.

5:02;

I am surprised by the heavy betting on Theysken's Theory. 10-1 on the morning line, she is now the 4-1 favorite. Awesome Feather is also 4-1. Tell a Kelly is 9-2. The question is, can the Borel Factor pull Tell a Kelly through? Or is she merely a late-running sprinter who can't effectively go two turns?

5:08;

Four minutes away from post time now, and the narrowest of favorites is now A Z Warrior, winner of the Frizette Stakes last time out. Theysken's Theory is now the second choice.

They loading into the gate now. . . I'll be back with the results shortly.
