Blind Luck, whose late-running victories in the Kentucky Oaks (gr. I), Alabama Stakes (gr. I), and Las Virgenes (gr. I) rank her among the best three-year-old fillies of recent years, was awarded one of racings highest honors tonight when she was voted Champion 3yo filly.
Only one vote kept her from being the unanimous choice; that one vote being for No Such Word, who had a fine year that culminated with a victory in the grade I Gazelle Stakes.
