Dubai Majesty had an up-and-down year in 2010. A victory here, a second here, a third there. However, she managed to establish herself as one of the leading female sprinters in the country going into the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Sprint.
However, when she flew to a relatively easy victory in the Breeders' Cup, she became the leader of her division. Her consistency and occasional brilliance was rewarded tonight at the Eclipse awards ceremony when she recieved the vast majority of the votes in the Champion Female Sprinter catagory, earning her one of racings highest honors.
Franny Freud finished second in the voting, followed by Rightly So.
